EVENT REGISTRATION
New this year! To make it easier for attendees, VPA has moved to online conference registration. After you have looked around this website at the workshops, keynotes, and things to do, you can register for the conference and awards banquet by clicking here or on the button below.
CONFERENCE FEES
*The early registration deadline is midnight March 17, 2017. After March 17, regular fees apply.
**Full Registration is all inclusive and includes the Friday night News Brews Tour, Saturday programming including breakfast, lunch, and breaks, and the Saturday evening awards banquet dinner.
Cancellation Policy: Conference registrants canceling their registration on or before March 17, 2017 will receive a refund of the conference registration fee, less a 15% administrative fee. You are welcome to send substitutions at no cost. Registrations canceled after March 17, 2017 will be refunded at 50%. No refunds will be given after March 29, 2017.
HOTEL ROOM STIPENDS
A limited number of hotel room stipends are available for any conference participant (this applies to conference attendees, not if you are only attending the awards banquet). This stipend will cover the full cost of 1 night of lodging for Saturday, April 8 or Friday, April 7. The stipends will be awarded on a first come, first serve basis. Please contact laurab@vpa.net with your interest.
HOTEL INFORMATION
The conference will take place April 7-8, 2017 at the Hilton Richmond Hotel & Spa in Short Pump (west end of Richmond).
VPA’s discounted room rate with the Hilton ends at 5:00 p.m. on March 15. After March 15, the Hilton’s regular room rate will apply.
